How do I connect my social accounts to CrowdRiff?

You can connect your social accounts from Settings to start sourcing and managing content in CrowdRiff. Before you begin, make sure you have your login credentials ready.

Connect Instagram

You can only connect Instagram Business accounts. Before you start:

  • Convert your Instagram account to a business account.

  • Make sure it’s connected to your Facebook Business Page.

  1. Go to Settings → Product Settings → Social → Your AccountsInstagram.

  2. Click + Connect Business Account.

  3. Sign in to your Facebook account.

  4. Select the Instagram Business account(s) you want to connect.

  5. Click Connect Account.

Connect Facebook

  1. Go to Settings → Product Settings → Social → Your AccountsFacebook.

  2. Click + Connect Facebook Account.

  3. Sign in to your Facebook account.

  4. Select the Facebook account(s) you want to connect.

  5. When prompted, select Choose what you allow.

  6. Turn Manage your business ON, then click Continue.

    1. To work with the new Facebook Page experience, the Manage your business permission must be enabled. CrowdRiff will not post on your behalf or access your account directly—this permission is required only to ensure the integration works correctly.

How do I reconnect my social account to CrowdRiff?

  1. Open your browser in incognito or private mode. This helps avoid issues caused by cached login sessions.

  2. In Classic experience, navigate to Settings > Your Accounts.

  3. Click Reconnect.

  4. Follow the prompts to reconnect.

  • If the steps above don’t work, reach out to our team. We may need to reset the connection on our end to get things working again.
