Where do I manage blocked content?
In the classic experience, go to: Settings > Blocked Content
How can I see which assets are affected by a blocked term?
Click Preview Assets next to any term to see related visuals. Assets are sorted by quality score, helping you decide if they’re worth keeping or deleting.
What do the labels mean?
My List – Terms you’ve added.
Default List – Terms added by CrowdRiff.
Detected – Assets found in your stream.
Deleting – Assets currently being removed.
Excluded – No matching assets found.
How do I delete blocked visuals?
You have two options:
Delete individual assets: Click the three-dot menu on the black bar, then choose Delete.
Bulk delete assets: Select the blocked term and click Delete Selected Assets or click Delete ALL Detected Assets to remove all matching assets across all terms.
