How do I setup my Connected Partners Portal for Instagram or Facebook?
Go to Settings > UGC > Connected Partners > Connect Portal.
Add your brand colour, logo, and connect a gallery.
Changes are saved automatically. Click View to preview the portal.
How do I add accounts to Connected Partners?
Go to Settings > UGC > Connected Partners.
Click Copy beside the tracking URL.
Send the link to the account owner.
Once they connect, you'll see them listed under the Partners tab.
How do I auto-approve blanket rights for followed accounts?
Available on the Engagement Pro and Enterprise plans.
If you work with partners or creators who have given you blanket permission to use their content, an administrator can turn on automatic rights approval for any Instagram account you follow. Any new content that account posts is then marked as rights-approved as soon as it appears in your library, so you can skip the manual approval step.

How do I delete a Followed or Advanced Tracking account?
To remove an account, just click the trash can icon.
Do I need rights to use content pulled through Connected Partners?
Yes, You still need to request rights for any UGC you plan to use - just like with social trackers.
Why does the Facebook page owner need to approve all permissions?
This is a Meta requirement. In order to successfully pull content, all Facebook permissions must be enabled. CrowdRiff will never post or share anything on your behalf. Enabling these permissions simply grants CrowdRiff access to the necessary API endpoints to ingest content properly.
Can someone connect Instagram without connecting Facebook?
No, Instagram accounts must be connected through their linked Facebook page for tracking to work.
