Do I need to upgrade or migrate my Media Hub to the new experience?

No. Media Hub automatically syncs across the classic and new experience. Any updates you make to folders, albums, or assets will appear in both.

Why does My Visuals require an upgrade but Media Hub doesn’t?

The upgraded My Visuals (DAM) introduces unlimited folder levels, which aren’t compatible with the classic version—hence the need for a migration. Media Hub, however, already supports syncing and will support deeper folder structures in the future without requiring an upgrade.

Can I upload assets directly to a Media Hub album?

Yes! You can upload directly from either My Visuals or Media Hub. During upload, you can select one or more My Visuals folders and/or Media Hub albums. If no album is selected, assets will only appear in your main library and My Visuals.

Why can I only add rights-approved assets to Media Hub albums?

To ensure compliance, only rights-approved assets can be added to Media Hub albums. Expired assets are also hidden from the public Media Hub automatically.
