What's the structure of Media Hub?
Media Hub uses albums to keep your content organized and easy to share.
Albums hold assets, and can also hold other albums with no limit on nesting depth.
Assets can live at any level, including directly inside a top-level album.
You can share each album publicly or privately.
All actions sync between the Classic and new experience.
How do I access Media Hub?
Open Media Hub to manage your content, customize your public portal, and control access.
Click Media Hub in the left navigation menu.
Use the internal view to manage your content.
Click Go to Media Hub to open the public portal. Here you can customize branding and copy your public share link.
Click Settings to manage default access permissions.
How do I create albums?
Create albums to group your content the way your audience expects to browse it.
Click +Add.
Select New album.
Type the album name.
Click Create.
How do I organize albums?
Keep your Media Hub tidy by nesting albums inside other albums.
Drag and drop an album into another album.
To see more actions, click the three-dot menu or right-click in the grid or sidebar.
You can take these actions on albums:
Rename
Move
Share
Delete
Can I nest albums inside other albums?
Yes. Media Hub supports unlimited album hierarchy. Nest albums inside albums as deep as your content structure requires, with no limit on levels. This lets you build a structure that mirrors how you organize content and how your audience expects to browse it. When a partner or media contact opens your Media Hub, they see an intuitive structure with no extra context needed.
For example:
A top-level Campaigns album contains Spring 2025 and Fall 2025 sub-albums.
Each sub-album has its own sub-albums, broken out by region, partner, or theme.
Assets can live at any level, including directly in a top-level album.
How do I upload assets to Media Hub?
Upload new assets straight into the albums where they belong, so your content is organized from the start.
Click + Add, then select the option to upload assets.
Upload up to 500 files at a time. Each file can be up to 10 GB, with a total of up to 100 GB per upload.
Add metadata such as location, author, and usage rights.
Complete the upload and review the confirmation.
💡 Pro Tip: You can also upload from the library page. Go to Uploaded, then click Upload. You can add the assets to a Media Hub album as part of the upload flow.
How do I add existing assets to Media Hub albums?
Reuse assets you already have, without uploading them again.
Go to Library and find the assets you want to add in either All ready to use or My Visuals.
Click the + icon from one of these places:
The asset thumbnail
The asset detail page
The bulk action bar
Choose an existing Media Hub album or create a new one.
How do I move or remove assets from albums?
Reorganize your albums as your content changes, without losing any assets.
Move: Move assets between albums to reorganize them. Assets inherit the destination album's permissions.
Remove: Remove assets from an album without deleting them from your library.
How do I search albums or assets?
Find content fast with the search bar in Media Hub. Search for albums by name, or search assets in one of two modes:
AI mode: Best for descriptive, natural language searches, such as "snowy mountain trails at sunset."
Standard mode: Searches asset metadata and is best for specific tags like locations, event names, or photographer names.
