How do I connect my Instagram business account from my Facebook business page?

To connect your Instagram business account to your Facebook Page, follow the steps below based on the device you’re using.

On Desktop:

  1. Go to your Facebook business page

  2. Click Settings

  3. Under Permissions, select Linked accounts

  4. Click Instagram > Connect Account

  5. Follow the prompts to log in and complete the connection

On Mobile:

  1. Go to your Instagram profile

  2. Tap Edit Profile

  3. Scroll to the Public Business Information section

  4. Check the Page field:

    1. If your Facebook Page is already connected, it will be listed here

    2. If confirmation is needed, you’ll see an orange “Confirm” button next to the Page name—tap it to complete the connection
