What are user groups and how do I manage them?

User groups are collections of users with similar access needs—such as Marketing, Partners, or Press. They help you control who can access specific albums in Media Hub.

How do I manage user groups?

Go to the User Groups tab to:

  • View all existing groups

  • Create new groups

  • Rename or delete groups

How do I see which users are in a group?

  1. Go to the All Users tab

  2. Use the filter icon to:

    1. Find users in a specific group

    2. See users not assigned to any group

How do I add or remove users from a group?

  • In the All Users tab, locate the user

  • Click Update Groups

  • Add them to a group or remove them from one
