In the Media Hub navigation, click Users to view:

  • All approved users

  • User groups

  • Access requests

This shows everyone who currently has login access to your Media Hub.

Can I require users to request access?

Yes. In Media Hub Settings, you can control whether users need approval before gaining access.

  • If turned ON:

    • Users must create an account and submit an access request before viewing albums or assets

  • If turned OFF:

    • Users can choose “Skip for now” and access the portal without approval

How do users request access?

  1. Users create a profile with:

    • Name

    • Company name

    • Email address

    • Password

  2. After verifying their email, they submit an access request and provide details about why they want access.

When a new request is submitted:

  • You’ll receive an email notification

  • A blue dot will appear in the CrowdRiff navigation next to Media Hub and Users

To review:

  1. Go to the Access Requests tab

  2. Choose to Approve or Deny the request

The Access Requests page keeps a history of all requests for reference, including approvals and denials.
