How do I create a Photo Wall?

  1. In Classic, go to the Apps panel

  2. Click Create an app (+)

  3. Select Photo Wall

  4. Configure your settings

  5. Click Save

Once saved, a unique URL is generated for your wall.

What settings do I need to configure?

  • Wall name: Choose a clear, recognizable name for internal management.

  • On-screen title: Add a subtle title block in the lower-left corner to promote a campaign, event name, or hashtag. If you don’t need one, leave it blank.

  • Photo size: Photos can be set between 150–500 pixels wide.

    • Larger sizes work well for big screens or crowded venues

    • Smaller sizes fit more photos on screen for close-up viewing

  • Refresh Rate: The refresh rate determines how often the wall checks for new content. A 30-second refresh rate means the wall looks for new photos every 30 seconds.

❗Heads up

  • Photo Walls also shuffle images during refresh to keep the display dynamic—even if no new content is added.

How do I add photos to my Photo Wall?

  1. Select the assets you want to display

  2. Click Use my assets in the action bar

  3. Add them to your Photo Wall

This process works similarly to adding assets to a Gallery.

How do I display my Photo Wall?

After saving, a unique URL is generated. To display your wall:

  • Open a web browser

  • Paste the URL

  • Enter fullscreen mode for presentation

How are photos ordered?

Photo Walls display the 100 most recent photos in random order. Each time the wall refreshes:

  • It reselects the 100 most recent photos

  • Displays them in a new randomized sequence

How do videos appear on the Photo Wall?

  • Videos auto-play without sound

  • Supported in Slideshow layout only

Is there a minimum number of photos required?

There’s no required minimum, but we recommend starting with at least 25 photos for the best visual experience.

Can I use multiple hashtags in one Photo Wall?

Yes. Use boolean search logic when setting up your feed.

For Example:

#hashtag1 OR #hashtag2

❗Heads up

  • Deleting an asset removes it from your entire library, not just the Photo Wall

  • Refresh rate and layout choices directly affect viewer experience—test your setup before going live
