How do I create and manage CTAs in the new gallery experience?

In the new gallery experience, Calls-to-Action (CTAs) are managed at the gallery level, making them more structured and performance-driven. You can add, edit, track, and analyze CTAs directly within a gallery or from the dedicated Calls-to-Action section.

How do I add or edit a CTA in a gallery?

  1. Go to Build > Galleries and open the gallery you want to update.

  2. Click Edit assets.

  3. Select an image.

  4. Open the Call-to-Action tab.

  5. Enter a URL and a custom label.

  6. Click Done to save.

Once saved, the CTA appears in the gallery preview when you hover over the image.

How do I customize how CTAs appear?

To control CTA styling and placement, go to Gallery Settings for the gallery you're editing.

Where can I view and manage all CTAs?

To see all CTAs across your galleries:

1. Open the left navigation menu.

2. Go to Build > CTAs.

From this page, you can:

  • View click data from the last 30 days

  • See how many galleries each CTA is used in

  • Search by URL or label

  • Sort CTAs

  • Customize your table view

  • Delete a CTA

How do I view performance metrics for a CTA?

Click on any CTA to open its details page.

You’ll see:

  • Performance Metrics – Total clicks over time across all placements

  • Placements – A list of every gallery where the CTA appears

This makes it easy to measure effectiveness and optimize performance.

💡Pro Tip

  • The same asset can have different CTAs in different galleries

  • CTA labels can be up to 60 characters

  • Use different CTAs for different campaigns or audiences, even if the same asset appears in multiple galleries.

❗Heads up

  • CTAs are added per gallery, not globally per asset

  • Each asset supports one CTA

  • You cannot edit assets or add/remove them during the gallery upgrade process

  • When upgrading from the classic experience:

    • Only one English CTA per asset is carried over

    • If multiple CTAs existed, the system selects the default based on performance

    • If no performance data exists, the first-added CTA is used
