❗Heads up

  • Reporting may take some time to load as it processes the data

  • It captures data starting from March 2025

  • The default range is set to the last calendar month

What metrics are available?

Views represent the number of times a gallery is loaded on a page. Each time a gallery appears and loads for a visitor, one view is counted.

You can track:

  • Total views across all galleries

  • Total views for individual galleries

Interactions measure user activity within a gallery.

The following actions are counted:

  • Clicking the Load More button

  • Clicking an asset to open fullscreen mode

  • Scrolling through fullscreen assets using left/right arrow keys

  • Clicking a Call-To-Action (CTA) button

Each action is counted individually. Example:

1 Load More click + 1 fullscreen view + 4 fullscreen scrolls + 1 CTA click = 7 interactions

Engagement Rate shows the ratio of Interactions to Views. It measures how actively visitors engage with your gallery content. Since each visitor can perform multiple actions, this rate may exceed 100%.

Formula:

Engagement Rate = Interactions ÷ Views

60 ÷ 10 = 6
6 × 100 = 600%

Visitor Engagement Rate represents the percentage of sessions that include at least one interaction. Unlike Engagement Rate, this metric counts sessions - not total actions. For example: If a visitor performs 6 interactions during their session, it is counted as 1 engaged session.

This metric shows how many visitors are actively engaging, regardless of how many actions they perform.

How do I filter reporting data?

You can apply filters in two areas:

  • Gallery Summary - Filter by date and gallery type

  • Gallery Specific Performance - Filter by gallery name and date

How should I interpret the metrics?

Use the metric that aligns with your goal:

  • Views → Measure overall traffic

  • Interactions → Measure total activity volume

  • Engagement Rate → Measure content resonance and depth of interaction

How do I save a report?

    1. Click the Share button (top-right)

    2. Select Get Report Link

    3. Copy and share the generated link
