Can I edit the generated alt text?
Yes! You can edit AI-generated alt text at any time to improve clarity or add more context. To edit, please follow these steps:
Open the image asset in the platform.
Locate the Alt Text field under Asset Details.
Edit the description to add or adjust context.
Leave the text field to save automatically.
Can alt text be regenerated by AI?
Currently, AI-generated alt text cannot be regenerated once it has been created. If you want to change the description, you will need to manually update the text.
Does this apply to video assets?
AI-powered alt text currently applies to image assets only. Accessibility improvements for video assets are part of CrowdRiff’s ongoing development efforts.
