Getting started with the CrowdRiff API

CrowdRiff's API allows you to expand your capabilities with UGC. Use this guide to generate your API key and access the resources you need to get started.

How do I generate an API key?

  1. Go to Settings > Developer > API.

  2. Click + New API Key.

  3. Click Copy to copy your API key.

How do I access the API documentation?

Once you have your API key, visit the API docs to explore available endpoints and implementation guidance.

  1. Visit the API v2 documentation.

  2. Enter the password: seewhatmatters!

  1. Click API Documentation at the top right corner.

What's covered in the API docs?

The API docs are organized into two sections:

  • Documentation: Covers the core building blocks of the API, including definitions, protocols, procedures, and objects.
