What changed in the navigation?
The platform is now organized into clearly defined sections, each mapped to a distinct part of your workflow. The new top-level navigation includes:
Library (default landing page)
Media Hub
Planner
UGC
Creators
Build
What's in each section?
Library
Library is now your home base when you log in. It houses your complete collection of owned and uploaded assets, including:
My Visuals: your central workspace for managing and preparing visual assets for use across your marketing
Collector: Collector assets is now consolidated alongside My Visuals for easier access
Why it matters: Bringing Collector into Library means your full asset collection lives in one place, making it easier to organize, manage and prepare content no matter where it is in the rights process.
UGC
All user-generated content workflows are now grouped under UGC, including:
Discover
Saved URLs
Usage Rights
Advanced Rights
Instagram Replies
Managing the full UGC sourcing and rights process; from discovery to approval now happens in one dedicated space.
Build
Build centralizes the tools you use to create visual web experiences:
Galleries
Maps
Photo Walls
CTAs
Instead of hunting across the platform to start a new experience, you now have a single, dedicated section for web experience creation.
Planner & Creators
Both Planner and Creators are now accessible directly from the main navigation, making it easier to move between sourcing visuals, organizing assets, planning campaigns, and creating content without switching tabs.
Media Hub
Media Hub and its associated tools remain accessible from the nav, now consistently available no matter where you are in the platform.
How does navigation behave now?
Navigation is always visible. The nav is now persistent across the platform, including within Library and Media Hub. You no longer need to exit your current page to switch workflows.
Navigation is flexible. The nav is expandable, collapsible, and resizable so you can adapt it to how you work/
What other updates were included?
A "View all assets" toggle has been added to My Visuals.
What it does: Displays all your assets regardless of how they're currently organized
Why it's useful: Lets you apply standard filters like source or type across your entire asset library
Example: Toggle on "View all assets," then use the source filter to surface only your uploaded assets
Why was this change made?
Marketing workflows aren't linear - you might start with a visual, a campaign brief, or a discovery session. The updated navigation reflects this by making it easy to move between every stage of your content workflow without losing context or reorienting yourself each time.
