What can I do with Content Planner?
Content Planner has two core functions:
Planning and producing content. A calendar for all your channels, AI-assisted drafting, easy access to your visuals, and a place to coordinate work across your team.
Tracking impact. Once content is published, Planner pulls in performance data and ties it back to the partners, campaigns, and topics you covered — including 12+ months of historical metrics with automatic partner tagging.
Where do I find Content Planner?
Click Content Planner in the main navigation of CrowdRiff. The sub-menu includes:
Content. Your calendar. Where you'll spend most of your time planning and building content.
Campaigns. Group content together for larger initiatives, such as a seasonal push or annual brand pillar.
Partners. Track your key attractions, businesses, and stakeholders — including how often you cover them and the impact of that coverage.
Pages. An inventory of blog posts pulled in from Google Analytics, with traffic metrics, last updated dates, and refresh scheduling.
Posts. Every published social post from your connected accounts, with metrics. Filter by partner, campaign, channel, or timeframe.
Channels. Manage your brands and connected accounts, and configure your AI writing assistant.
