How do I set my public URL?
Your public URL is the web address where your Media Hub is accessible to visitors. To set it up, go to Media Hub Settings and enter your preferred URL under Public URL.
Choose a URL that's easy to recognize and share, this is the link you'll give to contacts, partners, and the public.
How do I control who can access my Media Hub?
Under Access Controls in Media Hub Settings, you can define the general access level for your Media Hub. This setting applies globally, but you can still restrict view or download access to specific albums for users with accounts.
Choose one of two options:
Open access: Anyone can browse your Media Hub without creating an account.
Account required: Users must create an account and request approval before they can browse your Media Hub.
You'll also set where access and download requests are sent, so the right person on your team receives and reviews them.
What are the default album access options?
In Media Hub Settings, you can set a default permission level that applies to every new album you create — and update it for individual albums anytime.
Can View: Users can browse the album but must request approval to download assets. Each request is reviewed and approved one asset at a time. Users need a Media Hub account to submit a download request.
Can View and Download: Users can browse and download any asset without requesting approval.
Restricted: Keeps new albums private until you're ready to configure and share them.
How do I add terms and conditions?
Terms and conditions let people know how they can use the content they download from your Media Hub or share links. Anyone downloading content, whether they're on your team or a member of the public - will need to agree before completing a download.
To add or update your terms and conditions, go to Media Hub Settings and enter your terms in the Terms and Conditions field.
