Where do I find Media Hub analytics?

Media Hub analytics are accessible directly from the Media Hub landing page in the CrowdRiff platform. You don't need to navigate away everything is available in one place.

What can I track in Media Hub analytics?

You can view activity in two ways: by user or by asset.

  • User activity: See when each user joined your Media Hub, how many assets they've requested and downloaded.

  • Asset activity: See how many requests or downloads each asset has received. Filter by date range to focus on a specific time period.

  • Activity log: A list of user actions, showing which assets were downloaded and when.

Can I filter or export analytics data?

Yes. Use the date range filter to narrow asset activity to a specific time period. When you're ready to share or analyze the data further, you can export it directly from the analytics view.

This makes it easy to report on Media Hub performance or share access and download trends with your team.
