What can I find under Library?
Library organizes your ready-to-use content into clearly defined source areas in the sidebar, so you can jump straight to the type of content you need.
Ready to Use: A flat feed of everything you can use right now, across all sources.
Uploads: Assets you've uploaded directly to CrowdRiff.
Approved UGC: Rights-approved user-generated content.
Creators: Content delivered by your creators, now organized by shoot.
From Collectors: Content uploaded through your Collector portals.
Expired Assets: Assets past their licensed usage window.
My Visuals continues to live in Library and holds your folder structure, exactly as before.
Where do I find Ready to Use assets now?
Ready to Use is now a source area within Library rather than a preview row in Discover.
To open it:
Go to Library in the sidebar.
Click All Ready to Use.
See a flat list of every Ready to Use asset.
The list is automatically scoped to Ready to Use, so you don't need to apply or manage that filter yourself. You can search across the full set just like any other surface.
What's in the Creator stream?
Creator content is now organized by shoot, so you can browse each delivery in context.
Open From Creators to see content grouped by shoot.
Find the request a shoot belongs to, the creators, and the total assets for each shoot.
Use the toggle at the top of the page to switch to a flat view of all creator assets if you prefer.
How does search work in Library?
Search behaves consistently across all surfaces. Searching in any Library section stays within that section. For example, searching in Uploads returns matching uploads, and searching in My Visuals returns matching assets in My Visuals.
A jump-to function helps you move quickly:
In any Ready-to-use stream, use jump-to from the search bar to navigate directly to a specific Collector source or Creator shoot.
In My Visuals, use jump-to to navigate to a specific folder, as it did before.
Jump-to works with the standard reset-filters behavior, so you can clear your selection and start over at any time.
What about View Similar Assets?
View Similar Assets is now scoped to the surface you're viewing, so you keep working in context instead of jumping to Discover unexpectedly.
From My Visuals, you'll see similar matches from My Visuals.
From a ready-to-use surface, you'll see similar matches from ready-to-use only.
