What’s included in each shoot?
Each shoot includes:
At least 10 short-form video assets, each at least 5 seconds long
Vertical (9:16) video in 1080p or higher, shot on iPhone
Raw, unedited clips with original audio, so you have full flexibility to edit them your way
A highlight clip that stitches every video together in order, so you can watch the full shoot at a glance
Can I get photos too?
Shoots are video only unless you ask for images. To add photos, go to Settings > Guidelines and choose to include a single image or multiple images with each shoot.
What information comes with each video?
Every video arrives with details that make it easy to publish and share.
Caption: Describes where the creator is or what they’re doing. Read in order, the captions tell the story of the shoot so you can share it your way.
Location tag: The exact Google location where the video was filmed.
Location description: A short description of the location, written by the creator.
Download: Download the individual video.
When will I receive my content?
Content is typically delivered within 1 to 3 days of the shoot. To check the estimated delivery date for any shoot, see the Delivery date column on your Requests tab.
How is my content quality checked?
Our team manually and thoroughly reviews every submission before it’s delivered to you. We check that each shoot:
Meets our quality standards
Follows your brief
Two things can happen during review:
Edits: Sometimes we ask the creator to make edits before we share the content with you. This can delay delivery slightly, but it means what you receive is ready to use.
Rejections: In rare cases, a submission doesn’t meet our standards and we reject it. When that happens, we reopen your request so another creator can claim it.
What if my shoot doesn’t match my brief?
