How do I rate my content?

Rating your shoots is one of the most useful things you can do after content is delivered. We recommend rating all, or at least most, of your shoots. Your ratings help creators improve and help us deliver content that fits your brand better each time.

Why do my ratings matter?

  • For creators: Your feedback goes straight to the creator. It shows them what you loved and where they can improve.

  • For you: Our team reviews every rating and comment. Clear, specific feedback helps us improve the quality of future shoots for your account.

How do I rate a shoot from the Requests tab?

  1. Go to the Requests tab. All of your delivered shoots are listed here.

  2. Click the shoot title in the Shoot title column. This opens the shoot and plays through every clip so you can watch it in full.

  3. Click Add rating. You’ll find it in the Rating column for any delivered shoot, and in the top corner while you’re viewing the shoot.

How do I rate a shoot from the Content tab?

  1. Go to the Content tab, where all of your delivered content is shown visually.

  2. Find the shoot and click Play on the highlight clip to watch it.

  3. Click Add rating in the top right corner of the shoot.

How do I complete my rating?

Whichever option you use, the Rate your content window opens.

  1. Choose a star rating from 1 to 5 under How is this content overall?

  2. Add your feedback in Notes for creator. This is optional, but it’s the most valuable part of your rating.

  3. Click Submit. Changed your mind? Click Exit without rating.

What makes feedback helpful?

The most useful feedback is specific and actionable. Tell us what worked, what didn’t, and why.

Share what you loved. Creators and our team really appreciate hearing it. For example:

  • “The opening shot of the patio at golden hour was gorgeous.”

  • “Loved how natural the interactions with staff felt.”

Be specific about what could improve. For example:

  • Instead of: “Quality wasn’t great.” Try: “Some clips looked out of focus, especially the indoor shots.”

  • Instead of: “Didn’t like the camera work.” Try: “The pans were too short and a bit shaky to use on their own.”

  • Instead of: “Not what we wanted.” Try: “The story jumped between locations, and we didn’t get the sense of excitement the brief asked for.”

💡Pro Tip: Tie your feedback back to your brief. If something you asked for in your Objective, Atmosphere & Vibe, or Must Capture Moments was missed, say so.
