What are the benefits of publishing from Content Planner?
No more copy-paste handoff: The content you planned in Content Planner is the content that goes live.
One post, every channel, each done right: For example, post a Reel on Instagram, a shorter caption on LinkedIn, and the same video on TikTok and YouTube.
Plan ahead: Schedule posts in advance and stop babysitting the posting calendar.
Which channels can I publish to?
You can publish to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Each channel gets a live preview of exactly what will post, plus image ordering, cropping, video trimming, and cover selection.
How do I publish or schedule a post?
Open the content, add the channel if needed, then click Schedule on its card.
Choose your media, edit the caption, and set any platform options. The caption starts as a copy of the content’s copywriting, and each channel keeps its own version.
Check the live preview by clicking Schedule.
Choose Now or Later. If you choose Later, pick a date and time. Times use your local time zone.
Click Publish or Schedule Post.
How do I edit, cancel, or retry a post?
Click the ⋯ menu on the content card, then choose an option:
Scheduled post: Edit the post (including the time) or cancel it.
Failed post: Retry it, at a new time if needed, or discard it.
What should I know before scheduling a post?
Scheduling window: You can schedule up to 90 days ahead, at least 2 minutes from now. If your time is outside this range, an error appears under the date picker.
One post per channel: Each piece of content can have one post per channel. There’s no overall cap on the number of scheduled posts.
Edits don’t carry over: Changing the copywriting after you schedule doesn’t update the scheduled post. Edit the post itself instead.
Locked after the scheduled time: Once the scheduled time passes, you can’t edit or cancel the post.
Content status stays manual: Publishing doesn’t change the content’s status. Mark it Published yourself.
Can I add trending audio or licensed music?
No. Our publishing partner doesn’t offer trending audio or licensed music on any platform. Add audio natively in the app instead.
