How do I open the Asset Detail page?
To open the Asset Detail page, click on any asset in your library.
What actions can I take on an asset?
The Asset Detail page gives you quick access to the most common asset actions. Available actions depend on your permissions:
Add to gallery or folder: Click the + button to organize the asset.
Download: Click Download and select a file size.
Edit metadata: Click the pencil icon to update asset details.
Share: Click Share to generate a shareable link.
Delete: Open the three-dot menu and select the delete option.
How do I know if an asset is approved for use?
A colour-coded banner at the top of the Asset Detail page shows the current usage rights status:
Green banner: Asset is approved and ready to use.
Grey banner: A usage rights request has been sent and is pending OR No usage rights are available.
Where can I see the creator or source of the asset?
Creator information is displayed differently depending on the asset type. For uploaded assets, the author's name appears directly on the page. For social assets, the creator is shown as a social handle — many may display as Instagram User.
Social assets also include a View Original Post link that opens the source Instagram post, and the original caption is displayed on the Asset Detail page.
What information is shown in the Details tab?
The Details tab provides descriptive and file-level information about the asset, including:
Date added
Location
Keywords
Alt text
Folders and galleries the asset belongs to
File information (name, extension, size, and resolution)
What information is shown in the Licensing tab?
The Licensing tab shows how and when usage rights were received. The fields shown vary by asset type:
Uploaded assets: Date created (from EXIF data when available), date uploaded, author, expiry date, and usage restrictions.
Social assets: Usage type, request comment, date requested, and who requested rights. If approved, the approval comment and approval date are also shown.
What does View Similar Assets do?
View Similar Assets uses AI to surface visually similar content from your library, helping you quickly discover and compare related assets.
