Where do I find my galleries?
Click Build in the left navigation menu to open the tools page. It defaults to Galleries, where you can review all existing galleries or create new ones.
How can I find a specific gallery?
Use the search bar at the top of the page to enter a gallery name or URL. Results update automatically as you type.
How do I sort my galleries?
You can sort galleries to make them easier to browse. Available sort options include:
Most Recently Edited
Least Assets
Alphabetical
Can I filter my galleries?
Last edited date
Gallery type, including:
Horizontal Grid
Single Asset
Carousel
Pending Upgrade
What viewing options are available?
You can toggle between two views:
List view - Displays galleries in a table showing gallery name, total assets, gallery type, date last edited, and date created.
Grid view - Provides a visual overview of galleries while showing the same details as list view.
What quick actions can I take from the Galleries page?
Each gallery includes quick actions you can perform without opening it:
Copy embed code - Copies the gallery embed code to your clipboard so you can paste it directly into a webpage.
Delete gallery - Removes the gallery from all embedded locations. Assets from a deleted gallery remain available in your CrowdRiff library.
Duplicate gallery - Creates a new gallery based on an existing one, saving time when building similar layouts.
