How do I view and manage my galleries?

Find, sort, filter, and manage all your galleries in one place. Search by name, URL, ID, or embed code to track down the right gallery fast, even if you don’t know its name.

Where do I find my galleries?

Open the Galleries page to review all existing galleries or create new ones.

  • Click Build in the left navigation menu. It opens to Galleries by default.

How do I find a specific gallery?

Use search to jump straight to the gallery you need. You can search by:

  • Name

  • Page URL

  • ID

  • Embed code

  1. Click the search bar at the top of the page.

  2. Enter a gallery name, page URL, ID, or embed code.

Results update automatically as you type. To match your search exactly, put it in quotation marks.

💡 Pro Tip: For searching URL,paste the URL exactly as you copied it. You don’t need to remove “https://” first.

How do I sort my galleries?

Sort your galleries to make them easier to browse. You can sort by:

  • Most Recently Edited

  • Least Assets

  • Alphabetical

How do I filter my galleries?

Filter your galleries to narrow the list to what you're looking for. You can filter by:

  • Last edited date

  • Gallery type:

    • Horizontal Grid

    • Single Asset

    • Carousel

    • Pending Upgrade

What viewing options are available?

Choose the view that works best for how you browse. You can switch between two views:

  • List view: Displays galleries in a table that shows gallery name, total assets, gallery type, date last edited, and date created.

  • Grid view: Provides a visual overview of your galleries and shows the same details as List view.

What quick actions can I take from the Galleries page?

Quick actions save you time by letting you manage a gallery without opening it.

  1. Hover over a gallery.

  2. Click the three dots (…) or the copy + icon.

  3. Select an action.

You can choose from these actions:

  • Get embed code: Copies the gallery embed code to your clipboard so you can paste it directly into a webpage.

  • Copy gallery ID: Copies the Gallery ID to use with CRM integrations or the CrowdRiff API.

  • Delete gallery: Removes the gallery from all embedded locations. Assets from a deleted gallery remain available in your CrowdRiff library.

  • Archive gallery: Hides galleries you no longer need without deleting them. Archived galleries become read-only but stay embedded and keep collecting analytics if published. To view them later, see How do I view or restore archived galleries? below.

  • Duplicate gallery: Creates a new gallery based on an existing one, saving time when you build similar layouts. This action is available in List view.

How do I view or restore archived galleries?

Archived galleries are hidden by default. Show them to review or restore a gallery.

  1. In the Galleries page, click the "…" menu.

  2. Select Archived galleries.

  3. Toggle it On.

Your archived galleries now appear in the list, where you can review or restore them.
