How do I create and edit galleries in the new platform?

Galleries let you curate and display visual content on your website. You can build galleries manually, connect live social feeds, and customize the layout and appearance to match your brand.

How do I create and edit a new gallery?

  1. Go to Build > Galleries

  2. Click Create (top-right)

  3. Enter a Gallery name

  4. Select a Template

  5. Click Create

After clicking Create, the system opens the Add Assets section. This is where you begin building your gallery by selecting content.

How do I add assets to a gallery?

Inside the Add Assets section, select from two tabs:

Manual

Add assets from any of the following sources:

  • Recently Approved to Use

  • Asset Stream

  • Uploaded Assets

  • Collector

  • Creator Submissions

Automatic

Connect a live source to keep your gallery updated without manual effort:

  • Connect your own Social Account

  • Connect a Collector feed

Once connected, new assets automatically ingest into the gallery each time a post is published. This option works best for ongoing campaigns or frequently refreshed content.

❗Heads up: New assets are sync to gallery every hour.

How do I change the gallery appearance?

  1. Click the Appearance tab.

  2. Select a different template.

  3. Click Save.

Templates can be changed at any time - selecting a new one will not affect your saved assets.

Can I change the template after creating the gallery?

Yes, templates can be changed at any time.

  1. Select a new template from the options provided.

  2. Click Save.

What layout settings can I adjust?

Fine-tune how assets display across devices using the following controls:

  • Asset spacing

  • Number of rows (Desktop and Mobile)

  • Asset corner style

  • Theme selection

  • Load More button (enable or disable)

How do video preview settings work?

Control video behaviour from the Settings tab:

  • Only one video per gallery row will auto-preview

  • If video preview is disabled, videos only play when opened in Full View.

What full-screen settings can I control?

In Settings, customize what appears when a user expands an asset to full screen:

  • Hide or show username

  • Hide or show description

  • Hide or show location

  • Enable or disable hyperlinks

  • Customize Calls-to-Action (CTAs)

What is Custom CSS?

Custom CSS lets you apply advanced styling to a specific gallery.

  • CSS entered here applies only to the gallery you're currently editing.

  • It does not affect other galleries or global styles.

How do I reorder or remove assets?

Asset order controls how content appears to visitors on your website.

  1. Go to Edit Assets & CTAs

  2. Drag and drop assets to reorder them

  3. Remove assets that do not fit your layout

Removing an asset from a gallery does not delete it from your asset library. It remains available for future use.

What is a CTA (Call-to-Action)?

A CTA is a clickable button added to a gallery asset that directs users to another page or action. For full setup instructions, click here.

How do I embed a gallery?

Copy the embed code in one of two ways:

  • From inside the gallery editor - Click Copy Embed Code.

  • From the Galleries list page - Click the dropdown next to the gallery, then select Copy Embed Code.

Paste the embed code into your website’s HTML where you want the gallery to appear.

💡Pro Tip:

  • Single asset embeds are now called Single Asset Galleries and are managed alongside other gallery types on the Galleries page. Like all gallery types, Single Asset Galleries support customizable CTAs, brand styling, and analytics tracking. You can use the Denver template to get started.

  • You can add an unlimited number of assets to galleries with horizontal grid templates, however, the number of rows, spacing configuration, and "load more" button will limit the number of assets visible to website visitors. When you add new assets to a gallery without rearranging their order, older assets may be pushed down and out of the primary gallery view.
