How do I get started with CrowdRiff Creators?

CrowdRiff Creators lives inside your existing CrowdRiff platform. From one place, you can request fresh content from vetted creators, track every shoot, and download what’s delivered, so you always have new, on-brand video ready to use.

How do I open CrowdRiff Creators?

  1. Log in to your CrowdRiff account.

  2. Click the Creators tab in the left-hand navigation.

This opens your Creators experience. The left panel has two main tabs, Requests and Content, with Settings at the bottom.

What can I do in the Requests tab?

The Requests tab is your home base for everything you’ve submitted and where each request stands.

At the top of the page, your shoot summary shows:

  • Available: shoots you still have available to request

  • In progress: shoots a creator is currently working on

  • Delivered: shoots that have been completed and delivered to you

How do I submit a new request?

Click New request in the top right corner. The request form opens. See How do I submit a content request? for a full walkthrough.

How do I find a past request?

Use the search bar to look up requests by title or location. Use the dropdown on the right to change how the list is sorted.

To narrow the list further, use the filters below the search bar. You can filter by request type, status, delivery date, rating, or creator. For example:

  • Filter by creator to see all shoots claimed by a specific creator

  • Filter by rating to see all of your five-star submissions

  • Filter by status to see all requests that have been delivered

Where do I find my delivered content?

Open the Content tab. It’s the best place to browse everything that’s been delivered to you, so you can quickly find the right video for your next campaign.

To search, use the search bar at the top. You can search by title, location, caption, creator, and more. Content is sorted Newest first by default. Use the dropdown on the right to switch to oldest first.

Each submission shows:

  • The date it was delivered

  • The number of assets included

  • The creator’s name

At the top of each submission is a highlight clip that stitches together every short-form video from the shoot in chronological order. Play it to see the full shoot at a glance. Below it, each individual asset is available separately.

How do I manage guidelines, sharing, and creators?

Open Settings to control how your shoots are set up and who works on them. Keeping these up to date means every future shoot reflects your brand.

  • Content guidelines: Tell creators what they need to know before they shoot, such as whether you’re comfortable with the creator appearing on camera. These are typically set up during onboarding. If your guidelines change, update them here.

  • Collaboration: If you’ve purchased share licenses, add the partners you’d like to share your content with. Haven’t purchased share licenses yet? Reach out to your CSM to get set up.

  • Private creators: A private creator pool lets you hand-pick the creators who work with you. When you add creators to this list, only those creators can see and contribute to your requests. Talk to your CSM to set up a private creator pool.

  • Blocked creators: Add any creators you don’t want working on your account. Blocked creators can’t see or participate in your requests. This is useful if a creator’s style isn’t the right fit for your brand.
